We are strongly committed to supporting our local economy, prioritising the purchase of goods and services from local businesses and actively seeking to employ staff from within the Gatwick Diamond area.

Investing in young people is central to our values, and we offer work experience placements and provide funding for student projects. Notably, two of our work experience students became full-time members of our team after completing their college education – a testament to the opportunities we strive to create.

Giving back is a key part of our business culture. Each year, we commit to donating a percentage of our profits to local charitable trusts, reinforcing our commitment to making a meaningful difference in our community.

We are also proud to partner with Crawley Open House, participating in events, making practical donations, and offering fundraising and promotional support.
 

Crawley Open House is a year-round, high support hostel for those who are experiencing homelessness and hardship, also providing life-skills training and resettlement support for their residents and service-users. Through the tremendous support of generous donors and trustees, they have been able to carry out their mission for over 40 years.
